ALREADY AMENDED FOR SEVERAL TIMES AND THE LATEST BY
DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE,

Attachment

Considering:

a. that in the framework of providing business certainty and improving competitiveness as well as maintaining the environmental conservation, it is necessary to amend the attachment to Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 558/MPP/KEP/12/1998 as already amended several times and the latest by Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 294/MPP/KEP/10/2001 as well as to re-stipulate goods whose exports are regulated, supervised and banned;
b. that in relation thereto, it is necessary to issue a Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade;

In view of:

1. Presidential Decree No. 260/1967 on Affirmation of Tasks and Responsibility of the Minister of Industry and Trade in the International Trade Sector;
2. Presidential Decree No. 228/M/2001 on the Establishment of the Cabinet of Gotong Royong (Mutual Cooperation);
3. Presidential Decree No. 102/2001 on the Status, Tasks, Functions, Authority, Organizational Structure and Working System of Ministries;
4. Presidential Decree No. 109/2001 on First Echelon Organizational Units and Tasks of Ministries;
5. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 558/MPP/KEP/12/1998 on General Provisions in the Export Field as already amended several times and the latest by Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 294/MPP/KEP/10/2001;
6. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 86/MPP/KEP/3/2001 on the Organizational Structure and Working Arrangement of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Observing:

1. Letter of the Minister of Energy and Mining Resources No. 4196/20/MEM.G/2001 dated December 5, 2001 on Regulation of Transactions of Coal and Tin;
2. Letter of Governor of Bangka-Belitung Islands No. 512/450/BKBPM/01 dated November 26, 2001;
3. Letter of the Regional Legislative Council of Bangka Regency No. 170/479/DPRD/2001 dated November 19, 2001;

DECIDES:

To stipulate:

THE AMENDMENT TO ATTACHMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 558/MPP/12/1998 ON GENERAL PROVISIONS IN THE EXPORT FIELD OF EXPORTS AS ALREADY AMENDED SEVERAL TIMES AND THE LATEST BY DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 294/MPP/KEP/10/2001.

Article I

To amend the attachment to Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 558/MPP/KEP/12/1998 on General Provisions in the Export Field by revoking Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 294/MPP/KEP/10/2001 and stipulating goods whose exports are regulated, supervised and banned to become as described in the attachment of this decree.

Article II

This decree starts to be effective on the date of stipulation.

For public cognizance, this decree shall be announced by placing it in the Statute Book of the Republic of Indonesia.
